The members of Team Intense eat, sleep and breathe sportfishing. Passionate doesn’t even come close to describing these determined anglers, who will do whatever it takes through hard work and determination to ensure success. And that’s important especially in the upper Gulf of Mexico, where tournaments can be multi-day affairs with runs of over 100 miles required to reach the best fishing grounds.

Team owner Neal Foster can be found on the water as often as his busy work schedule will allow. He leads the team from the front, always doing whatever it takes to make good things happen. Neal is a small business owner in Alabama who enjoys hunting and spending time with his family when not on the water.
